Eko Energy Estate

Our New Project Inside Eko Atlantic

Lagos is the economic capital of Nigeria, a major driving force behind Nigeria’s economic growth and is poised to take a leading role in African economic ranking.
Today some of the major concerns of investors are uncertain legislative and financial framework, working and living conditions, traffic congestions, availability and reliability of utilities, security, schooling and healthcare.
In light with those, Eko Atlantic Economic City is a bold initiative to build an economic city of international standards. The financial hub of Lagos and the primary financial city of the African continent.
It will be a self-contained city offering all the necessary services and facilities. In particular the developers join forces to build a state of the art international hospital, an international school and a shopping mall.
Eko Energy Estate consists of approximately 450,000sqm at the south western border of today’s Victoria Island, bound to the East and South by Eko Atlantic and to the West by Lagos Lagoon / main channel. It is situated close to the main entrance of Eko Atlantic and is well connected to this new part of Lagos.
At the same time it also has an independent access from Victoria Island.
The location of Eko Energy Business Hub is right at the centre of Eko Atlantic Business District, less than a distance of 750m from the residential area, and offering a quick and comfortable commute for staff located in the Eko Energy Estate Residential area as well as in other parts of Lagos.

The project commissioned to LAMATA consists of a network of urban rail-based systems covering seven major corridors.

Water transportation is an integral component of the development of Lagos state’s inter-modal transport system.

Construction works are ongoing for the first phase section between National Theatre and Mile 2. The infrastructure for the first phase is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2014 while operation would commence after the conclusion of negotiation with the concessionaire.
